First, in your site control panel (may be cpanel), the dataabse user you created must be added to the dataabse and give give all privilags, second in the auction admin->configuration, enter the added db user. It is your mysql database anyway.
Hi, it is all there.... I was adding some items at the site today.\

Then I was getting error about pending questions and was fixing that when this happend.\
