| sometimes my registered users put their product but featued home page is not including some product picture.Picture is empty.Why? Please tell me as soon as.Thanks. |

| That seems to be the problem with my site. When people and myself enter in the image in the URL box, it doesn't appear. |

| SOmething you are missing, the notes on the upload images on your sell page says the first image uploaded will be used as thumbnail for your auction, BUt it did not say the URL you entered will be used as thumbnail, of course URL's can not be thumbnailled! |

Actually they can, but I did not know that this software didn't support it. My mistake.
EDITED I do understand that it is not the URL that is being thumbnailed. Someone listed an auction on my site and the image the URL pointed to thumbnailed in the gallery section.....just not on the Frontpage.
So this software does support it. We just need to know how to make it go to the Frontpage Featured as well when entering in an URL to a pic. |

Are you saying that the only way for an image to be shown on the homepage is if it has been uploaded?
Why was it made possible for it work in the Gallery, but not Homepage Featured?
I would have thought because of higher listing fees for Featured and Homepage Featured, that URL for image would have been higher priority for those 2 options. |
