make sure the directories under the html/auctions directory are are created and has the write permissins 644, 666,755, or 777.
the directories must be:
auctions/
upload
thumb
featured
featured1
gallery
aboutme
aboutme_data |

If you do as I said above and also setup your html directory in your admin->configuration correctly, you should have no problem.
Post the error messages you get if any, also post your admin->configuration here and the Tip screen |
