Hi everyone,

does anyone know how to include the item's thumbnail in the confirmation emails.

I've tried <!--Multimedia-->, <!--Photo-->, <!--Image-->, none of them worked.

Any suggestions?

None of these fileds available in emails messages, only the most important info to everyone, images in emails may cause spam filters to cause problems, stretch messeges etc. Of course if this is importantto you specially, you can go custom programming.
