IP adress......
hello and good day.\ \ is there a way to stop shill accounts from being made? maybe something that blocks a second account on an ip or something? i know of alot of people that have 2 accounts on a site just for bidding up an item and i dont think its fair to others.\ \ would this be a posable custom job?\ \ please and thank you.\ anthony

You can block by IP but this is not a solution as most users comes from ISP that uses a shared IP, which means the same IP can be used by many people to access your site and if you block you could block many and becomes a problem, multi user registration is normal even on big sites we all do this and it is good for your site as long as there is a users Feedback which shows the user activity for others.
