| Admin User & Pass will not work |

| O.K. I have In my HostGator cpanel File Manager, public_html/cgi-bin/auction/data/SysConfig.pm reset user name & password; AuctionawyAdminPassword~==~ & AuctionawyAdminUserID~==~ Changed the user name & password & saved. Went to log in my admin and STILL can not access. HostGator support had informed me all files can be modified right where they sit without having to transfer via FTP anymore.
I have checked the FAQ & no help new enough.
Please help!!!

You should clear these variables like this :
AuctionawyAdminUserID~==~
AuctionawyAdminPassword~==~
the values of these variables are encrypted so you should clear them or even delete the lines. |

| Thank you mewsoft! But I did that! the incrypted part after the ~==~ I erased and entered new user name & password after that, saved & exited the system, went back in to insure they saved correctly which they did, but they still do not work..?? |

| I just had my site upgraded to the New Auctionawy. Is it possible something went wrong? My site has been down since 11/17/08. I can not even contact my registered users, cycle auctions or anything. My site is basically useless. |

| OK, I reset it for you, it is the same steps in the FAQ but who knows. Anyway,
always try to make daily backup from your cPanel for the entire site if your site is active. Thanks |
