if you mean the users groups in the admin->accounts manager, the counts acording to the first alpha letter

in the account from A to Z, then the # for 0-9, any other wil not be including for example unicode names.

For the mass mail lists, you need to do these three links:

Update Lists Counts

Prepare Registered Users List

Prepare Pending Users List

to create and prepare the mailing lists counts.

Since you have 3 products integrated,

1)-admin->configuration, then set this option to YES:

Enable Mewsoft Passport:

2)-Only keep the Registeration link of the auction software, other products remove the Regsiter

link from the Top nav or change that link to link direct to the register link of the auction like this:

You have the 3 products installed and using the same database but seems you changed the passport

option to NO, so you have some users registered when products was fully intergated and some on auction only

and some of forums, that's why you get duplicated emails filtered.

Do the above 2 steps.
