wining bid and buyer information emails not working

We have had several listing sold and the seller does not recieve any notification with the buyer contact email to complete the transaction and the buyer does not receive confirmation that they won the item to be able to contact the seller to complete the transaction. What needs to happen to make this work? Thanks, Auctionbug

1)-Did your processed the closed auctions from admin->auctions manager -> process auctions, or setup the

auctions to process automatically?

2)-IS your outgoing emails working normal? does that user receives his others emails normal like the listing confirm etc.?

3)-did the user checked his Perefernces settings in his "My Account" and enabled receiving emails?

This where should be checked.

All other confirmation emails seem to be working fine: listing confirmation, bidding confiramtion, outbid confirmation, account set-up and so on; but no emails are sent to verify that an itme sold to the seller and no winning email is sent to the winning bidder to provide contact information to complete the transaction. All admin settings have been set and still having problems. I appreciate your prompt response and your continued support. Regards, Auctionbug

Then check the third option:
