not able to access site, Help Please!

after updating the search.pm as per your instructions; we were then not able to access the admin. You indicated that this fix was covered in the FAQ forum and so we did as instructed; and now we are getting an error message that will not even allow us into the site at all: (Error: Can't open language file /home/httpd/vhosts/auctionbug.biz/cgi-bin/auctions//data/language//General.pm: No such file or directory Line 186, File /home/httpd/vhosts/auctionbug.biz/cgi-bin/auctions//General.pm) Your prompt attention to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Auctionbug

Re: not able to access site, Help Please!

Make sure when you upload or download the files using your FTP program to select the ASCII mode in your

FTP software, do not upload or download these files in the Binary moe, this binary mode corrupts these text/cgi files.

not able to access site, Please Help!

We have checked and double checked that the file was uploaded in ASCII mode; but the path is not being called in for the English Folder. What to do now?

Re: not able to access site, Help Please!

You can restore your whole from the last cPanel backup you did. We always says backup daily. The costly solution is to hire us for a one

hour custom work ($50) to restore your site without destroying the customizations.
