Java and the Top_Navigation file in configuration |
|
Hi!
I'm trying to add a new Java based menu bar at the top of my site.
I've put the .class file in the root along with .cab, .jar and the .html file for the script to work. It loads fine when you got to;
http://www.a1onlineauctions.com/
But when you click on a link and get directed to the cgi-bin/auction/etc... EX:
http://www.a1onlineauctions.com/cgi-bin/auction/Gallery.cgi?Cat_ID=0&Lang=English
The script is looking for the .class file when you hover over the grey area. I've tried everything short of blowing up my computer with my shotgun. :evil:
I've left the other menu there to help navigate for now until I find the solution. Anybody have a similar situation happen to them? I need a fix for this.

Have fixed the problem, it was the dot in the script where it says codebase="." It needed to be changed to a foward slash:
codebase="/".
<applet name="WebButton" code="MagicButton.class" codebase="." archive="MagicButton.jar" width=800 height=51> <Param Name="cabbase" value="MagicButton.cab">
