i am searching for the code to change the tab colors to match the site colors. i have tried to change it but it looks like a gif file may be what needs to be changed. but before i do a drastic thing like that i figured id ask. the top menu mouse over tabs is what im refering

also a question regaurding a location name. when im on the home page and the category section is on left side. what is the location called where those links take you?

If you mean the top and botton nav ,  you will find a group of images starts with menuX_ where x is b for blue, g for green,

etc, like:
