1. why proxy bid is not working ? 2. i need countdown clock in home page i have put the code from product detail page but its not working. why ?

You turn on/off the proxy bidding in your admin ->General Options:

Proxy Bidding Status:

Note that dutch auctions does not have proxy bidding.
