When login to an account, an error apears with (page NOT found), URL : … /cgi-bin/dir/deleted

Also when I click on “manage” from the Account Manager of any member, I got same error (page not found)..

Could you please advice why is that?

Ask the hosting company about that, also ask them if they have a recent backup of your site

they should have. Make sure the files .htaccess in the dir folder exists you may deleted it.
