When listing an item on an auction the visual html mode does not work when entering the item discription. Also after an item been listed the description shows up as one sentence. No new paragraphs were included

I can switch to the visual html editor normal on your site in FF, see attached. May be you need to refresh your browser or delete your browser cash. Thanks

| For some reaseon the visual editor does not work in my account. I wrote a message to another seller on the auction and he has the same problem. Both of us used the auction prior to the new version. Note: If you type in the description box Font color=, b, p, when listing the auction the font, color, breaks, and paragraphs work.
This is the note I received explaining other users experience:
Hello
I created my descriptions in Word and then copy/paste onto the site. I’ve found I have to “play” with the html mode to get the paragraphs to break properly (with a space between paragraphs). I either have to enter p and a “paragraph” marker (looks like a backwards capital P. Sometimes the html markings show up in the auction’s description so I just click on the Visual HTML Mode button again and it “fixes” the description.
It’s been like that since you installed the software update last fall so I thought it was just part of the new software and to get used to it (which I have). |

Copying from word is not well formed html, for sure his copy/paste was including unclosed tags. The html editor does not change from previous versions, try different browsers. thanks
