Regular Insertion Fees

Hello Ahmed, I would like to Thank You for putting together such a great package. Your demo and forums have been a big help. I have run into a problem I can't find an answer for on your forums or your demo. When I run a test auction, regular Insertion fees don't appear on the preview, and after the auction is submitted the regular insertion fee still doesn't apply to the sellers account. All other fees work fine and show up on preview and are billed to the seller, just not the insertion fee. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again. Grad

Re: Regular Insertion Fees

Hello Grad,

Thank you for your feedback. For the insertion fees, if you have a store open then you will not

be charged for insertion fees because your store plan includes a specific number of items that

you can use without insertion fees. Check if you opened store, disable it or create another user account

and test before enabling the store feature.

Thanks

Reg Insertion Fees

Hello Ahmed, I considered that to be 1 reason for the 0 amount on the insertion fees, so I deleted all users, I went ahead and disabled stores created a new user and the regular fees still wont figure in with the total. I am going to offer free insertion fees at first anyway, but will need to address this sooner or later. Any more suggestions would be great. Thank You again Grad
