You have only one banner active, the other one was not config to rotate in any zones, they work now for me in all browsers, banners do not get cahsed for any reason because we write the banner code dynamically using JS and also we add random number to the url in every time you refresh the page, it may be you need to wait until the page is fully loaded before you refresh, you do not need to delete the browser cash or temp files.
