The logo image located at:

theme/default/images/logo.png

so you just need to upload your logo image logo.png to the folder:

theme/default/images/

Is it in my admin or cpanel I can't see themes in my admin. Please help

You need to use an FTP software to manage your site. You also can use the File Explorer in cpanel to manage files.

There is a free FTP software, one is posted in our FAQ forum.
