The FTP information we already sent you in the hosting setup email account. As for the images for the logo, watermark, etc, after you login using your FTP, browse to the folder: public_html/app/theme/default/images
in the auction admin center, you will find File Uploader in the Design module the "UPload" tab
you can use it to upload files to any folder. Thanks
