Hello, Any text you want to changed/delete/edit/add in the Language module in your admin center. The language module has a "Tab" for "Search" you can use it to find where specific language variable exists, so for example if you want to search for site_name, you will get:
Search results for site_name
General.pm: 1 matches found
Variables: #473: site_name
This means it exists in the langauge file General at variable number 473 which is the sorted order of the displayed lines on your screen. Now to edit this, click the tab "Edit" in the langauge module, select the language and the file "General" the click the button Edit. scroll down until you find this variable site_name, remember the file General consists of about 6 pages so you need to browse these pages until you find that variables.
