Change Requests for Sites without an Account
Is it possible for members that have added a listing, but not created an account to submit change requests, or is this just an account based service?

I can't seem to locate any mechanism to initiate a change request except in the MyAccount area?

Change requirest has to comes through accounts to keep your site good or anyone can change any site and this is also to encourage users to create account on your site.
