Problem with Account Manager |
|
While viewing users accounts in Admin, I chose to Manage a user which opened in a new window. I then closed that window and continued my work in other areas of Admin.
When I went back to the main auction site, I was logged in as that user and had to log out as that user and log back in as myself.
Any ideas?
Thanks! |

Yes this is how it works. To avoid you can use one browser for the admin like NS and the other for users side like IE. |

Thank you.
Another question related to this and browsers.
I use NS and multi-tabbed browsing. I keep one tab open for the auction and one for Admin. When the above problem occurs, why does this not affect the Admin portion as well? Why am I not logged out of Admin? |

when you go to Manage a user account, the program lets you login as that user to be able to manage his account in full.
As for the multi tab browsers like Mozilla FireFox, it is same like lunching multiple instances of the same broser NS or IE, each tab has its own cookies, etc. |
