| Credit Card before you can sell |

Is there a way that a user has to enter a credit card before he can sell? IE. User clicks on sell and if he has no card on file then is transferred to the credit card input page, else if he has a card on file then he is transferred to the submit item page. I think this will be a good feature to stop fraudsters. Its one more check on top of the email check for verification of sellers.
I know the registration page allows for credit card input but i feel that will frighten a lot of users off who only want to buy items and not sell them. |
