| The easiest way is to make your image name auctionlogo.jpg and replace the file auctionlogo.jpg in your images folder. |

Sounds like you are going to have a rough time with this.
Knowledge in FTP, HTML editing., things that are common to running a site, you will need to learn.
I really suggest learning to FTP whether through your Cpanel "File Manager" or through a program such as WS_FTP or ftpvoyager. |

| Right now as it stands, all you have to do is take your logo and name it auctionlogo.jpg and upload it to the images folder. And it will show on every page of your site without having to edit the HTML. |

Do you know how to use your Cpanel on your hosting account?
Or do you know how to FTP into your site?
Those are the only two ways you can upload/download files to and from your site.
You have one folder named auctions that has a folder named images in it. All images for the site go there.

| Click into httpdocs and see if you have a folder there named auctions.......IF so......click again and see if you have a folder named images........IF so........that's where your images go. |

| Then you've done something wrong.......the link to your site is still showing http://www.lowermybids.com/auctions/images/auctionlogo.jpg which is spelled correctly........so either you have not uploaded it to the correct folder.......or the internet Gods have decided your hair isn't blond.....lol |

| i went into the folder that has the picture I want to use I renamed it to auctionlogo.jpg and then I went to my host and clicked on file manager then clicked auctions and then pictures I then clicked add new picture and browse I found the one I wanted and clicked it . then it had the pic. properties on there but I didn't check mark anything . should I |

It's pretty hard for me to know what you did with your site. I've noticed that you have made some editing on your "Homepage" (with your Featured Auction section) or with your language files.
I know this is against the rules of this forum, but since it could save Mewsoft some headaches of answering "simple" questions, do you have Yahoo IM? |

Use your ftp program and go into your auctions/images/
The image to replace is Logo.gif. Either replace or rename the logo.gif that is on your site wright now to log1.gif and then upload your logo file as logo.gif.
