Is there some way that we can automate closing a users account if they so choose to do so!   It's a pain in the A$$ going in and deleteing an account if someone no longer wants one.   I can understand the principals behind not letting a user do this incase they owe you money but is there no way to put this feature in and if the customer clicks to close his or her account it will take them off the system only if they have a 0 or negative amount owning?

Of course can be done. But what about the auctions that he is sold received payments and did not send yet the items or what is there is any disputes and you as the site owner inestigating etc etc. No this can not be done. Why do you care any way about closing accounts, at least you keep their email and mail addresses.
