The Auto Installer onour website:

http://www.mewsoft.com/cgi-bin/installer/installer.cgi

Has been updated. Nowit will handle changing directories and files permissions correctly automatically and you will not need to change it manually after finishing the install process. Of coures the FTP can not change permissions on Windows servers.
