As I read through the forums There are often .cgi and .pm files that need to be updated to correct bugs. I often redownload the file, unzip it, copy the updated files to my working set of files and upload them to the server. Are the files in the download the same files in the auto-update file? If not do you update both with bug fixes at the same time? The auto-updater is just easier.
