NetPartners program is meant to be simply one long page or more of websites decided to exchange traffic with you, if we make it categorized, it will not be that easy and it will let people not to take the advantage of using it since they have to click on more than one category to see sites, anyway, doing the job you asked will not cost less than $250 if you decided which I still do not recommend.
