My Hosting partner had from the start not installed the Archive::ZIP perl module. They have at last installed the module for me, but for some reason the Test Server tool still shows that it is not installed. Do I need to update something before it works?

If testserver does not show it then it is not installed, they may be just lying if they said it is installed. What hosting company?

You were quite right - they hadn't installed it - even though they said they had.
