You are doing site redirection, you need to remove that redirection, your original and working URLs is:

http://conequippa.com/cgi-bin/auction/auction.cgi

and your item url is:

http://conequippa.com/cgi-bin/auction/auction.cgi?action=ViewItem&ID=1129722364&Lang=Japanese

and the categoru url is:

http://conequippa.com/cgi-bin/auction/auction.cgi?action=Browse&Search=Category&Lang=Japanese&Cat_ID=12

while your home page http://conequippa.com/ redirects the URLs to:

http://conequippa.com/index.shtml?action=Browse&Search=Category&Cat_ID=1&CatA_ID=0&Lang=Japanese

It seems your changed your cgi URL in the admin -> configuration
