This is already exists, the Proxy bidding, this is an option in your admin that you can turn it on/off at any time.

Admin -> General Options,

you will find the option:

Proxy Bidding Status:


Please remember the Proxy or auto system is only for single item auctions, dutch/multiple items auctions

does not have a proxy bidding.
