Correct, a quick fix is to edit the file BidFind.pm change this line:

$Price = $Currency{$Item{Currency}} . " ". sprintf("%.2f", $Item{Current_Bid});

to:

   if  ($Item{Buy_Price} > 0) {
     $Price = $Currency{$Item{Currency}} . " ". sprintf("%.2f", $Item{Buy_Price});
   }
   else{
     $Price = $Currency{$Item{Currency}} . " ". sprintf("%.2f", $Item{Current_Bid});
   }
