How Do I get paid from an Seller when an acution has ended??? I did set up my payment gateway etc..???

the payment system is automated. the users send the money through their account manager and the payment

goes direct to your merchant account. You also need to run the send invoices from your admin accounts manager.

Now I am confused you say its AUTOMATIC, but why does the users sends the payment through the account manager... Then its really not AUTOMATIC correct.. supposed the user cancel his account... when you submitt an invoice ???

You need to browse your admin features. There are more than one way for collecting fees, you can request Prepay

before listing, you can set  a monthly limit for users to use then have to pay, you can let it fully automated and

request users to have a valid credit card on their profiles then you just run the invoicing once a month.

How do I do the fully automatated.... Also will the fully automated charge the credit card once the auction end...

You need to run the send invoicing from the admin periodically say every month at specific day, this will charge users,

send users invoices.

Nothing is charged at the auction ends, charges are either automatically as said above or manually by the user he can

add money to his account at any time and his fees will be automatically deducted from his budget.

how do I send out the Invoice periodically ...and will that bill the sellers automatiacally.. I looked in that section for sending Invoices.. and I dont see where to schedule an auto invoice

You have to do this manually, it is all one click from you, but you have to do it manually every month one time

at the specific day you choose to send invoices. The system will charge users the amount they owe you automatically

using the users credit cards on their files. A user that does not owe you a money will not be charged but an invoice will be sent also.

Ok Thanks...I kinda understand will keep you posted... As for the Prepay... does that get billed Right Away ???

Yes, on the preview item/ad page, the user knows his total listing fees, if his account has enough money, it will be deducted

automatically and his itme/ad will be posted immeditely. If his account does not have enough money, he will  be guided

to his account manager to make deposit, once he make deposit he can submit the item/ad.
