Please help urgently.\ \ After updating cgi and pm from my acount/mewsoft site as per your instruction, my Admin site become Server Error.\ \ prompt help would be appreciated.

You may did not set the correct perl location , also check your files permissions using your FTP program.

cgi and pm files permision check all for 744 or 755? If not all, which files for 755?\ \ I replaced/overited the old cgi and pm files. I don't know if this is not the right location. i meansit should be the correct location. please advise.

On the auto installer form, you should select or set the perl location or perl path to the perl location on your server, you can try diffenert locations if you donot know or ask your hosting.

I tried to do it from your Auto Installer, I pasted my license number and domain, but your system denied it with no such license or domain in your database. please advise.

you may need to set your FTP adress to be the same to whatyou use with the auto installer in your "My Account" on our site first, go to our site click on "My Account", login and update your FTP address.

On My Account, I putted my license number and my info all list right including ftp address. auctually I did the same one time this noon. will try again for auto installer.

I just tried your Auto Installer, still the same that not accept my license and domain even I updated on "My Account". Please advise.

Your Auto Installer still not reconize my domain and license number. But I can download softwere and retrive my license number from My Account. You system something wrong.
