When I schedule items for an upcoming auction those items show up in the category count which throws off the current auction. Also if I schedule an item for my next auction in a category not currently being used the category will show the count on my front page so customers think there are items in the category and when they click on it there is nothing there. THere is an option that says active. I tried make these categories not active if there are no current live auctions in them. This does not work it still shows. I think this is something that needs to be fix because it confuses customers. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks, Mike
Yes the schedueled items counts in the categories and total counts, there is no way to ignore them. May be in the future we change this but no way now to change it.
HOw about being able to deactivate a category if its not being used in the current auction? It seems like there is a way to do this but its not working. Thanks, Mike
