CGI Post variable into a "Class"?

Can I enter the main website with a link or redirect as follows:
cgi-bin/auction/auction.cgi?my_variable="OK"
And then use that variable in the website as a "Class or Function"
<!--my_variable--> = "OK"
Can you provide an example? (If is possible)
