When I click on user name on chat message. The user profile is displayed. No fedback is displayed or How do I fix this problem?\

I also noticed no Icons on message page.\
Also no Descriptions I give show up at top of boards.\

Yes when you click on the user name in the chat the user profile of the board will be displayed, this is normal. What icons you mean on the messages, chat board has no icons, if you enable the auctionawy and classifiedawy plugins in the forum admin->configuration and set the auction and classifieds urls their the chat board will display links to users ads and auctions and will display the feedback stars.
Update the cgi module Community.pm then you can use in your chat template the Zone1, Zone2, Zone3, Zone4 and Description classes as < ! - - Zone1 - - >. For feedback use < ! --FeedbackRating-- > and < ! --FeedbackStars-- > and make sure the language file Forum.pm has line like that:
