By click on "contact us" on home page, I want to have a link to my e-mail form. How can I arrange that?

I am not a computer guy, so I do not understand so much! By click on Contact Us on the Home page I got a page with: <!--Block_List--> but I want have an new Email page with my email address, so the people can take contact me by email. What I have do do to arrange that?

There is only one contact us form that you can use and link from any page in your program, it is the Contact Us link that I posted above.
