I can not create a new theme in the themes manager, for some reason it has stoped working. I get the message\ Error. \ Can't creat theme directory /home/martin/public_html/cgi-bin/auction/data/templates/January: File exists\ Line 296, File /home/martin/public_html/cgi-bin/auction/ThemeMgr.pm \ \ Can i repair this by re uploading a new file ? if so which file and in what mode ?\ Hope You can help, Regards, Martin.

As the error says, File exists
It means the directory already exists. You can remove themes directories manually if you want.
