Email Invoice Errors - HELP!

Is anyone else getting these errors in the Invoices that are mailed out by autctionawy. I have pasted a typical invoice that the system sends out below,

If you look a lines 38, 56, & 62 you notice that there are items missing that are screwing up the entire line. Most are missing the line number that throws everything to the left.

Also, if you notice on lines 11, 20, 23, 50, 68 they have ramdom color backgrounds that the systems seems to select at will, it also seems to change the font type on many of them.

This happens on all invoices that are sent out... but it is ramdon, it doesn't always happening on the same line. There is something really messed up with the logic here.

How I need to fix this?

No, I afraid that wasn't it. I copied your post into my invoices.pm file and checked both lines (new_invoice_line & new_invoice_alt_line) character by character and except for the background of the cells mine is exactly the same as you posted here.\ \ I did add this line to this file:\ \ subtitle_fees~==~Sub Title Fee\ \ Because the subtitle was not showing up anywhere so I added it in both Invoices.pm files as $fee{22}\ \ What else can I check?

Make all background color for these 2 rows white "#ffffff" and see what you get.

I still have rows that are messed up (line 32) and arbitrary background colors that I have no idea where there coming from:

What else can I try?

I do not see any coding issue , try to restore the Invoices.pm language file.

Yes sure runing cron every 1 minut or closer will lead to unpredictable results. Make it every 1 hour.

I changed my cron but that is on a different thread on this... seems we are carrying problems from other post.\ \ Exactly what files are involved when the email invoice it sent out? I'll check them all.
