Is this a Mewsoft related error or a Provider/server problem ?

Contact the hosting company tell them to remove any security system that blocks your scripts,

if this is hostgator, they have a security script which blocks scripts reapeatedly called, so just tell them

to unblock any scripts on your website their software blocked it.
