I was trying to use the auto installer but got this error message.
The license number and domain name you entered for the selected product to install or upgrade are not in our database. If you have a licensed product and not yet assigned the license number or lost it you may contact the support to get your valid product license number. Your host information has been logged (152.163.101.9 ). An email alert has been sent to Mewsoft security departement with your information. Please do not try to abuse the system or your IP's will be banned forever from reaching our site.
I made sure I got the license # and the domain correct...Any idea what the problem is?....Thanks
Ahmed, I've done that and I think I have the domain the IP info correct but still getting the same error message. I sent you an email (support@mewsoft.com) with all the info I'm using to use the AUTO INSTALL program. Can you please look at it and see if you can figure out what what the problem is...By the way I'm using ONSMART which as I understand many here are using without issues. Thanks much.
