Lets say Art & Antiques category is top category, with nothing\
listed in that category, but there is something listed under sub-category "Oil Paintings". What I would like to see is, the ability for the seller to choose in the sell item page if they want their listing featured in top or parent (ARTS & ANTIQUES) category. \
\
It would be something similar to a Home Page Featured listing or a Gallery Listing, except this one would be for listing in the parent category. A fee variable should be designated for the choice.\
