You can ask them how to pass their filters. Also you can add these headers to your emails which they claim does not exist:

MIME_HTML_NO_CHARSET
MIME_HTML_ONLY
NO_REAL_NAME
MIME_HEADER_CTYPE_ONLY

for example, the emails hdears shoould contain the charset line like this:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">



and he is asking for Real name, the from name.
