I just noticed that the home page of my Classifiedawy is a little bit smaller than all its other pages.And my serchawy home page is so tiny than than its other pages. I look at their Template Editor and theres seems to be nothing different in sizes compared to my Auctionawy.\

You need to spend time on the templates and classes to get yourself familiar with where is everything. Also use html editor like MS Frontpage to help you customizing, for your questions, you will find at the top of the Frontpage template for these products line like this:
