Its not 100% clear in the auctionawy documentation what the process is for getting paid fees from the users when they become due. From what Ive been able to work out the process appears to be as follows, please correct me if I havent got something right.\

1) I sign up for a merchant account such as IBill or Paypal IPN\
2) At the end of every month or so I run "send new invoices" under the accounting manager\
3) The users get some sort of email telling them what they owe with a link to pay me via credit card, or other method\
4) The users pay me and the money magically appears in my account thanks to the merchant account.\

Also how can the monthly billing process be automated? I saw something in the admin help about running a monthly cron job on our server to automate tasks, is this set up automatically for me and would it include something to send out invoices?\

As Im about to start getting some real users to hit my website I just need assurance that I know what will happen and that I know what Im doing. \
