hello, i have set the paypal as payment processor with all required fields , email and pass and signature, but when i go the the money manager page ( as normal user ) i can't add any card in my account, the drop down menu is empty, please see the image for this issue. Thanks.

Just click on the "Add Credit Card" text in that page, this is a link not a text. It will open

a page to add credit cards.
