| installation problems please help |

| hello everybody\
I have got a problem with installation\
I used auto installer and ftp\
installation works i do not get any error\
but there is nothing after installation\
I get a blank page for index and for cgi-bin I get this error\
Internal Server Error\
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.\
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@asgarisiz.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.\

\

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. \

First of all - plese, note that this auction script is written for the Windows enviroment based mashine. \

Please, modify the permission of the files in the /cgi-bin folder to 755. \

You will need to create MySQL database and user from the CPanel, MySQL Databases, then you will need to assing the user to the newly created database. \

For MySQL hostname use "localhost" without quotes\
\
Please help what does modify the permission of the files in the /cgi-bin folder to 755 mean\
