Hello, I just did a search for my web site and only to find that the entire page went white. There is nothing on my site. Also I noticed that a backup was done on my site last night at about 10pm. I did not do this....can you explain this to me? Thanks

Yes we did upgraded your site to the latest version since you have Premium Upgrade Service Subscription.

We also created a site backup from your cpanel before we did the upgrade.

As for your site homepae is white, please reload your browser or refresh it, we disabled the dashboard cookies.

I have no access to my web site now. I contacted my host(hostgator) and they could not fix the issues with the script that they found. I was told the script has to be fixed in order for my web site to work. Please fix the updated script errors and put my web site back on line. Thanks

seems your hosting restored the site from old backup and someone cleared the database settings.

I fixed that and your site is back working, see attached screen shot.

also I set your admin login the same as your FTP login for security, do not leave your admin center

with out login username and password in admin->configuration

Thank you. Just one more thing I keep trying to log into my Admin account but I cant seem to be able to do it... I also tried to reset my password and nothing happens...I am using a new password and nothing seem to work

as I said above I set your admin login the same as your FtP username and password, so use your ftp

username and password to login to your admin center, you can also click on the forgot button in the login page

and enter your ftp login to reset the admin login and you will be able to login without username and password.
