In this day most of us design our sites and they look nice but are slow on dial up connections as everything else. Is there any way to link to a second template for example I have my main template designed for most high speed users and opens by default every visit,  and then for the dial up people they could click a link that would possibly bring them to the standard auctionawy template.

Actually your homepage is fully loaded with graphics. It should be fine with most users today as most is using ADSL , eveb ebay and yahho now fully load their home pages with flash and images. There is no way for your suggestion anyway.
