What page can I edit manually to insert my meta tags and title...

I tried to put them in under the General options but they do not seem to be registering to the page.

I tried to manualy enter them in index1.shtml But that doesn't seem to work either.

Aren't meta tags meant to be inserted in the header class?? Correct me if i am wrong. Also there is a section in general options that i think you have already said, so that should work.

ya I tried that general options but it doesn't seem to be working for me.
